I am a diverse product design and prototype manufacturing specialist with over 15 years of experience, including seven years at Nike footwear innovation. I began my career as a technical stitching specialist on the pro athlete custom footwear team, where I had the opportunity to craft Tiger Woods’ personal tournament spikes and create Flyknit samples. I then joined the Special Other Operations Team, where I advanced prototyping and manufacturing for groundbreaking products such as Hyperadapt, Keegan Bradley’s Jordan Golf Spike, the Kobe 8, 9, and 10, the AJ29, AJ30, and more. Over the years, I have led the development and physical transition of the Creation Center from Cody, Wyoming to Portland, Oregon, and then to Los Angeles, where I also planned and executed a temporary working Creation Center in just six weeks before the permanent WRKSHP:079 facility was ready. In my role, I have managed the end-to-end footwear creation process across all product categories in Los Angeles, collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, Design, Development, and Cultural Marketing teams to align creative output with the brand’s vision and evolving market needs. I have also driven innovative design and development solutions for fast-turnaround, culturally relevant product initiatives—including on-stage performance footwear and brand campaign activations—while managing timelines, resources, and priorities to balance creativity with efficiency. Leading the footwear creation group, I supervised prototypers, stitchers, a shoe maker, and a technical manager, while mentoring and guiding teams to foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
